Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Take ownership of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of veterinary dental and imaging systems across Europe. You will ensure equipment performs reliably in practice, supporting clinicians with timely resolution of technical issues and consistent system uptime.

Role Requirements
Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair veterinary dental and X-ray equipment across European territories, ensuring systems operate to specification.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality technical support in clinical environments.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and contribute to more effective maintenance approaches.
Take ownership of designated product lines, developing in-depth technical knowledge and acting as a key point of expertise.
Deliver technical training to veterinary professionals, support staff, and third-party engineers to ensure correct and effective equipment use.
Support training events and attend exhibitions, meetings, and technical sessions as required.
Person Specifications
Field Service Engineer experience.
Experience travelling across Europe for work or willingness to do so regularly.
Based in Ireland with an Irish or European passport.
Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently in customer-facing environments.
Strong technical capability across electromechanical systems and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Package
Car allowance of €700 per month.
Time in lieu for weekend work.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
