Role Overview
As a Service Engineer, you will primarily be working on X-ray dental and veterinary equipment, with the rest of your time spent servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of dental and veterinary equipment. This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll be out on the road, visiting practices across Europe.
While your main focus will be on X-ray equipment, your day-to-day will also involve a mix of working with dental tables, tools, and other electromechanical devices.

Zenopa are partnered with a leading company, specialising in dentistry equipment for the Veterinary Market. They provide X-Rays, Dental Machines & Instruments.
Role Requirements
Carry out all Engineering Duties and related duties, including:
– Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of dental and X-ray equipment across European territories.
– Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering a high standard of technical support and customer service.
– Identify opportunities for equipment performance improvements and contribute to the development of enhanced maintenance strategies.
– Take ownership of designated product lines and develop subject-matter expertise.
– Train veterinarians, nurses, third-party engineers, and support staff to a high level of technical competence.
– Assist with the setup and breakdown of wet lab training events when required.
– Attend local, national, and international exhibitions, meetings, sales events, and training sessions.
Person Specifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
– Field Service Engineer experience
– Prior experience travelling around Europe for work OR a willingness to travel regularly
– Be based in Ireland and hold an Irish/European passport
You’ll need to be self-motivated, highly organised, and have excellent customer-facing skills. You should be comfortable working independently and possess the technical expertise to handle a variety of equipment challenges
Package
Car allowance of 700 per month to support your travel.
Time in lieu for any weekend work.
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
