Role Overview

The regional sales role at this leading veterinary consumeables organisation is a full time, field based sales position responsible for managing pipelines and growing sales in a defined regional portfolio of veterinary surgeries and clinics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering against regional sales targets. You will represent a premium product portfolio, conducting face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product uptake.

Role Requirements

Key responsibilities include territory planning, account development, negotiating commercial agreements, analysing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities within the veterinary and pet retail channels. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate autonomously in a field-based environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential, as well as
proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of the veterinary or clinical sector is
desirable. A strong cultural fit will be someone who is self motivated, relationship driven, and
thrives in a fast paced, growing business.

Person Specifications

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially minded sales professional with proven
experience in field or territory management, capable of building strong customer relationships,
analysing spend data, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth. They
will re-engage underperforming accounts and also onboard new surgeries within their region.
They will deliver excellent customer experience by managing escalated issues, providing
product match ups and samples, and ensuring consistent and timely follow ups.

Note – will take commercial RVN’s looking to take on the North East & Scotland

The salary goes up to £50k + Car allowance + Commision Scheme
