Sales Specialist
Role Overview
This is a field-based Sales Representative role responsible for managing and growing a large UK territory within the veterinary sector, representing two established and well-respected product ranges used across veterinary practices.
The role combines account management and business development, with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and practice decision-makers. You will take ownership of both existing accounts and new business opportunities, driving commercial growth through structured territory planning and high-quality customer engagement.
Working autonomously across your region, you will deliver regular in-person and virtual meetings, provide product training and support, and act as a key commercial partner to your customer base. The territory includes a mix of independent practices and larger corporate groups, requiring a flexible and tailored approach to relationship management and solution selling.
You will be supported by a collaborative internal team and a structured onboarding programme, including dedicated product training in your first month to ensure strong technical and commercial understanding from the outset.
Success in the role will come from a combination of strong field sales capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to interpret customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions that support practice efficiency and growth.
