Key Account Manager
Role Overview
You will manage and expand key healthcare accounts by promoting POCT solutions, building relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders, and aligning sales strategies with NHS and private sector priorities.

The company operates across the UK and internationally, serving care homes, hospitals, and staffing agencies.
Role Requirements
Manage and grow key accounts within NHS Trusts, ICBs, private healthcare providers, and primary care networks.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders including laboratory managers, clinicians, procurement teams, and service leads.
Drive adoption of our POCT portfolio, including infectious disease, cardiology, and chronic disease management platforms.
Develop territory plans and sales strategies that align with national healthcare priorities and local commissioning pathways.
Deliver product training, demos, and technical support in collaboration with our clinical and applications specialists.
Work closely with marketing, customer support, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, value-driven solutions.
Person Specifications
Experience selling to one of these areas: ICU, Outpatients, General wards, Emergency medicine, A&E, Outpatient nursing and GPs/ Primary Care.
Proven track record in healthcare sales – preferably , POCT or wider medical devices sales.
Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and local healthcare systems in London & the South East.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
