Role Overview

The LC-MS Technical Specialist will support the growth of the company’s LC-MS/MS and MALDI product range across the North UK and Scotland. This role combines technical expertise in mass spectrometry with a customer-focused approach, providing pre and post sales support, product demonstrations, training, and collaboration with internal teams to drive business success.

Role Requirements

Engaging with customers and delivering technical solutions.
Developing application materials to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Product Demonstrations and Proof Data Generation.
Technical Presentations and Events.
Collaboration and Team Support.

Person Specifications

Degree, Master’s, or PhD in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry).
Experience with LC-MS/MS.
Willing to travel regularly across North UK and Scotland.
Valid driver’s license required.
