Marketing Delivery Analyst
Role Overview
Our Marketing delivery Analyst / Associate will be instrumental in driving growth. As our
current portfolio is made up of prescription medicines, we need to connect with healthcare
professionals (doctor, nurses, pharmacists etc.) to introduce these new treatment options
to them, and to share more about the men’s health resources we’re constantly developing.
With tens of thousands of relevant specialists around the world, we need an organised
individual who is excited at the prospect of being directly responsible for shaping the
narrative around men’s health.

What is Androlabs and when did we start?
Founded in February 2021 with the acquisition of Testavan® and Vitaros® from Ferring
Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a fast growing global men’s health pharmaceutical
company. Our products are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK
and Australia.
Role Requirements
Does this role involve traditional sales calls?
No – this role will not be responsible for conducting sales calls (whether virtual or in person).
However, we expect that there will be opportunities for the marketing delivery Analyst /
Associate to gather feedback from relevant specialists about marketing campaigns and
source ideas for new ones.
What scope will the role have?
The marketing delivery Analyst / Associate role will afford many opportunities to have an
impact on the growth story of Androlabs – focusing on the UK, but with a global remit.
Efforts will initially focus on our two existing indications: TRT (Testosterone Replacement
Therapy) and ED (Erectile Dysfunction) – Testavan and Vitaros’ indications respectively), but
the role is likely to expand as our platform grows.
Who will the marketing delivery Analyst / Associate work with?
The marketing delivery Analyst / Associate will work closely with the global marketing
manager. The global marketing manager will help drive the creation of content and
connected campaigns which address key problems that are faced by healthcare
professionals across the world.
Your scope of activities will cover:
Contributes to content creation
• Identify opportunities to develop new assets (resources, leaflets etc.) to maximise
impact for our community
Adapts and tailors content
• Owns relationships with external agencies and translators so that content (e.g.,
marketing emails) can be adapted for use in markets around the world
• Shares content with internal quality teams to ensure it is compliant with regulations,
making direct changes to the content as needed
Prepares content for delivery
• Works with our CRM system (Hubspot) to upload content in a structured way – ready
for it to be disseminated to thousands of healthcare professionals across the world
Helps to set the campaign strategy
• Supports segmentation of our contact database to allow for increasingly more
targeted messages to be sent
• Decides which stakeholders to address with our campaigns e.g., endocrinologists,

Assesses impact of different campaigns/ideas
• Creates reports which help the global marketing manager assess the impact of
different content messages and presentations
Facilitates global events
• Aid the global marketing manager in preparation for impactful global congresses
• Represent the company at relevant events, allowing for direct engagement with
specialists [as desired]

Person Specifications
Must-haves:
• Genuine interest in growing a men’s health platform
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
• Willingness to travel (when necessary – we estimate much of the role can be
completed from HQ / remotely)
Prefer to have:
• First-hand experience with digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with prescription products (esp. Men’s or Women’s Health)
• Foreign language skills
• Familiarity with ABPI / marketing regulations
• Experience with healthcare conferences (e.g., ASCO, ESMO)
