Product Manager
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing a high-growth product portfolio, leading strategic product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success. You will also work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and surgeons to ensure the portfolio meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.

Role Requirements
Portfolio Strategy: Develop and lead the strategy for the arthroplasty portfolio in the UK market.
Product Launches: Drive and manage successful product launches, from ideation to execution.
KOL & Stakeholder Management: Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare professionals to support product adoption.
Supply Chain & Forecasting: Oversee forecasting and supply chain activities, ensuring product availability aligns with market demand.
Training & Education: Collaborate with the Medical Education team to develop and deliver impactful training materials for healthcare professionals.
Person Specifications
Experience: Medical device sales, ideally in arthroplasty (shoulder/hip/knee) or orthopaedics.
Skills: Proven track record in product management or marketing within the healthcare or medical device sector.
Passion: A passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes, with a keen interest in arthroplasty.
Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Package
Base Salary: Up to £90,770, depending on experience.
Bonus: ~£20,000 annual performance-based bonus.
