Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Haemostasis Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth of a market-leading haemostasis portfolio across the UK.
This is a senior, hands-on marketing role with real ownership. You will shape positioning, influence segmentation strategy, support high-value tenders and guide product launches and lifecycle planning.
The position requires a science-literate, insight-driven professional who can translate market data into structured commercial strategy while working cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Regulatory and International Marketing.

Role Requirements
Develop and execute UK marketing strategy for the haemostasis portfolio in partnership with the Business Manager, aligning plans to market trends and commercial objectives.
Lead the technical specification components of tenders, including completion of PQQs and selection questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and competitive positioning.
Support new product launches through structured marketing plans, field training and implementation activity.
Drive competitor intelligence and market analysis, maintaining a central database of insights and providing regular reporting to sales and senior leadership.
Deliver technical and commercial training for Account Managers and Application Specialists, strengthening field capability and confidence.
Provide expert customer-facing support at key meetings, demonstrations and pre-tender discussions, and assist in resolving complex technical issues.
Act as liaison for regulatory communications including Field Safety Notices and Product Information Notices, and monitor performance trends through EQA schemes.
Contribute to international marketing discussions and support scientific awareness through ongoing review of industry developments, user group meetings and educational events.
Person Specifications
You will be a confident and commercially aware diagnostics professional with strong scientific credibility and the ability to influence across functions.
Essential experience and qualifications:
BSc (or equivalent) in Biomedical Science.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience within a commercial diagnostics environment.
Strong background in haemostasis or closely related disciplines.
Sound working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and reagents.
Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Key skills and attributes:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
Confident presenter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commercially aware, proactive and able to work independently.
Willing and able to travel extensively across the UK.
Comfortable working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
