Role Overview
Based in Birmingham, you will drive the commercialisation of IVD products to R&D customers globally.

Role Requirements
Drive new IVD products through development to commercialization via the NPD (new product development) process
Facilitate the product life cycle process for the existing product portfolio.
Collect and leverage voice-of-Customer / Voice-of-Expert to define critical customer and product requirements to guide development.
Build collaborative cross-functional relationships with Sales, R&D, Finance, Regulatory and Quality colleagues.
Develop and deliver product training programs for internal and external customers.
Collect global market and competitor intelligence and translate this into useable market insights.
Person Specifications
Master’s degree in Immunology, biochemistry, or related science.
Marketing/business qualification or MBA desirable
Experience of in-depth commercial, product management, business development and/or marketing in the medical device, clinical diagnostics or life sciences industry in an international setting
Shown success in bringing innovative technology to the clinical market
