Programme Manager
Role Overview
This is a role for someone who wants to join a dynamic growing business which has already made significant progress in the NHS. For someone who is a competent Programme (/Project) Manager, someone who loves managing plans and customer project delivery with a keen eye for detail, a high degree of organisation and great communication internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and make things run more efficiently as the business scales.
Company Information
Our client is a remote patient management platform which enables clinicians to assess, monitor and rehabilitate patients more efficiently. The platform is across a number of therapy areas and is currently being used in over 35 NHS Trusts and multiple ICS, as well as working with private clinics, pharma and medical device companies.
Role Requirements
This role will report to the CEO and you’ll be part of the Management Team and input strategically to discussions.
Role specifics include:
Customer Delivery – Managing the delivery of customer solutions within agreed time and budget. This involves strong communication internally with the product, development and sales teams and consistent external communication with stakeholders requesting information and updating them with project updates.
Line management and development – Line management of the Content & Product Executive including objective and development planning.
Governance and Regulatory
Delivery processes – Creating, establishing and refining processes in the business to support a smooth delivery for customers.
Person Specifications
Experience & Skills Required:
Focused and highly organised.
-/ The ability to prioritise delivery and escalate/ find solutions
-/ Ability to work at a strategic level in a business, helping facilitate growth and change
-/ Process improvement experience within other roles
Project Manager
-/ Ability to draw up multiple project plans and keep things on track. Updating the business with minimal escalation.
-/ Scrum accreditation ideally
-/ Hold concise and effective meetings with those involved & hold people to account and celebrate successes
Excellent communicator
-/ Emotional intelligence and empathy are critical when communicating with our customers; Understand what drives them and their pressures inside the NHS/Private organisation.
-/ Ability to refine and add detail to specs to keep project clarity.
-/ Confident, positive, encouraging.
Digital Health and NHS Industry Knowledge
-/ Understanding the inner workings, structures within the NHS and private healthcare to operate effectively with our customers and various other stakeholder levels.
-/ Key Digital Health experience is imperative, selling digital health solutions into the NHS at board, trust and procurement level.
Personality sought
You will have the energy and drive to join a relavely small company as they continue to grow and evolve. This means a positive, can-do attitude towards customer delivery and excellence. An eye for detail and making things happen. Strong communication skills at all levels. Able to work with a high degree of autonomy. Managing your own workload and communicating when priorities conflict.
