National Sales Specialist - Customer Solutions
Role Overview
You will sell cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation products to consumables businesses for endoscopy reprocessing across the UK.
Your KPI’s include achieving sales & profit targets, managing a pipeline of opportunities as an indicator of future sales, generating a win/loss ratio for tenders & new business opportunities, and key account management of existing consumables clients.

Role Requirements
Employ segmentation and targeting to identify appropriate new business opportunities.
Management of CDS Healthcare Professional Experts through the integrated sales process to successful close.
Implement and work to all applicable regulatory, quality, and health & safety requirements.
Execute business planning and management of the product pipeline through the CRM.
Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies alongside a team, including building the brand in Endoscopy.
Person Specifications
3+ years’ experience in field-based technical sales roles, ideally within Healthcare / Medical Devices
Experience working on capital integration projects in collaboration with project managers
Experience in the endoscopy reprocessing market
Demonstrates high levels of resilience, self-motivation and ownership and accountability
Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
