Recruitment Team Leader
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated recruitment professional ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership position.
As Team Leader within our Life Sciences division, you’ll work closely with our dedicated delivery team to ensure vacancies are expertly managed from briefing through to placement while driving account growth, supporting team performance, and maintaining exceptional client service.
You’ll lead by example, guiding and developing others while continuing to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions yourself. With support and mentoring, this role offers a clear pathway to becoming an established leader within Zenopa, as you learn to manage, coach, and inspire a growing team.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to combine commercial awareness, collaboration and relationship management will directly contribute to Zenopa’s continued success.

Role Requirements
– Drive team performance through motivation, accountability, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment
– Coach and develop team members, helping them build capability, confidence, and consistency in delivery
– Oversee team activity, ensuring vacancies are effectively managed from briefing through to placement and client expectations are exceeded
– Work closely with senior management, providing insight into team performance and market trends to inform decisions and shape growth plans
Person Specifications
– Experienced recruiter with a solid track record of delivery (ideally 3+ years)
– Some experience supporting or mentoring others or a clear ambition to move into people leadership
– Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities and drive results
– A growth mindset, eager to develop leadership skills and progress within the business
– Located within 45 minutes of our Penn (High Wycombe) office
Package
– Uncapped commission structure (Team and individual performance)
