Role Overview
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of content strategy and digital marketing activity, helping to shape and execute marketing plans across a portfolio of specialist products and services. This role offers the opportunity to influence market positioning, customer engagement, and demand generation through insight-led content and digital campaigns.

Role Requirements
Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, social media platforms, case studies, product showcases, and technical publications.
Conduct SEO research and optimise content performance to improve digital visibility and audience reach.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer communications aligned with wider marketing objectives.
Manage LinkedIn and broader social media activity while monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to generate content ideas, support exhibition activity, and contribute to wider marketing initiatives.
Person Specifications
We’re looking for a proactive marketer who combines strong content creation skills with the ability to understand technical subject matter and translate it into engaging, commercially relevant communications.
You will have:
Previous experience within a content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing management role.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience using SEO tools and content optimisation techniques.
Knowledge of social media management and email marketing.
Experience with platforms such as Canva, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Highly Desirable
Experience marketing within scientific, laboratory, life sciences, healthcare, engineering, or other technical B2B environments.
Experience creating content for specialist products, equipment, or technical services.
Understanding of regulated or highly technical industries.
