Role Requirements
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dental practices, leveraging industry contacts to generate leads and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and corporate dental groups, ensuring satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and support business growth initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide valuable market insights.
Contribute to strategic planning by aligning business development activities with overall company objectives.
Person Specifications
Knowledge of the dental industry and dental products is essential. Ideally digital dentistry.
Experience either working in a dental sales role OR with clinical experience (such as Dental Nurse, TCO, Practice Manager or Hygienist) and looking to move into dental sales.
Strong network within the dental field (including clinics and professionals) is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Dentistry is preferred.
Proactive and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Package
Basic salary – between 30k to 60k DOE
Bonus.
Car allowance.
