You’ll support NHS and private pathology departments across the South UK region, delivering value through a powerful portfolio of instruments, medical value assays, and digital workflow solutions.

Role Requirements
Lead territory strategy and execution across our product portfolio, working collaboratively with Customer Account Managers, Product Specialists, IT Workflow Specialists, and the Managed Laboratory Services team.
Manage complex sales cycles, particularly multi-site or pan-pathology procurements, involving high-level engagement with clinical, procurement, and financial stakeholders.
Identify market shifts and NHS landscape developments (procurement, tenders, payment systems) to anticipate risks and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Drive growth through innovative retention strategies and by acquiring new pathology sites.
Champion our value proposition, communicating the benefits of our solutions with clarity, credibility, and conviction.
Person Specifications
A BSc/BA degree in a Life Science subject or equivalent experience – e.g., a background in Biomedical Science.
Field sales experience, ideally within diagnostics, pathology, or a healthcare-related field.
A solid understanding of cellular pathology, particularly IHC, and its role in cancer pathways.
Strong relationship builder – someone who understands customer needs and earns trust through expertise and authenticity.
A self-motivated and resilient team player with the discipline to follow best practices and the creativity to redefine them.
Comfortable working independently and using digital tools to deliver commercial excellence in a modern, data-driven sales environment.
