Senior Account Executive
Role Overview
You will be a part of the Dental Growth Services team, you’ll lead new business and cross-sell sales for marketing agency and the AI powered CRM platform products across the mid-market and enterprise segment.
This is a remote position but our clients would like someone based in the North West or the Midlands.

Our clients are a fast-growing UK company that’s transforming healthcare through innovative practice operations software. They specifically provide software solutions for dental practices and healthcare operations. They have also recently acquired an AI-powered CRM platform and a specialist dental marketing agency to accelerate dental patient attraction and conversion – helping practices drive sustainable growth. They are scaling rapidly and they are looking for someone to take ownership of commercial growth of this division and play a pivotal role in shaping its success.
Role Requirements
Build pipeline through proactive prospecting, own the sales cycle, help shape solutions and close deals.
Develop proposals and pricing structures that demonstrate value whilst supporting long-term contracts.
Contribute to pipeline forecasting and deal progression.
Own client relationships, supporting difficult conversations and retention-critical situations.
Person Specifications
You need a minimum of 2 years experience in agency or performance-marketing sales.
Resilient and enthuasistic.
Strong relationship builder.
Growth mindset.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience in Meddicc / Meddpicc methodology
Experience in SaaS
Experience in the dental or healthcare industry
Package
£87k OTE uncapped.
