Company Information

We have partnered with a close-knit Dental company that have been organically growing over the past 8 years and are keen to expand their field service engineering team in the South West region.

Role Requirements

· Working in the South West region (regional based)
· We do like the engineers to come into the office as well when they can (building the best culture)
· Working on a wide range of dental equipment for example dental chairs, suction pumps, autoclaves, compressors, handpieces all found within dental clinics.
· Can be flexible to what they like more of – some do more installations whereas other engineers do more servicing and repairs.
· Minimal overnight stays and engineers have the option of going home if they would like.
· Adec And Belmont, Kavo Main Dealers, Catani, Den Comp, Suction Durr And Cattani.
· Full OEM training is included for engineers
· Flexible and autonomous day to day. Whatever you like more of you can be supported in that side of the business.

Person Specifications

What do we need from you?
· Cultural fit is essential to this dental organisation. They seek someone who can bond well with the team and support their colleagues.
· Ideally, they are looking for someone with some level of dental experience. Alternatively, someone who has come from a decontamination background.
· Level 3 qualification or above in engineering – Ideal.
· Customer-facing skills.
· Willing to travel when needed to support the wider team

Package

· Salary dependant on experience
· Company Van
· Credit card (tools purchasing and fuel)
· 25 Days + BH
· Overtime
· Bonus based on company performance (Christmas)
