Service Engineer
Role Overview
Day to day
– supporting the team members and ensuring that the team can operate to their potential
– supporting clients with training on products to minimise broken machines
– carrying out installations, repairs, maintenance and servicing in hospital environments working closely on autoclaves, sterilizers, washer disinfectors
– Provide first line assistance, advice and assessment of client technical queries by telephone when required.
– Attend problem machines or sites as requested by the Technical Manager to undertake the assessment of ongoing problems and/or carrying out an investigation into the problems and/or carry out the necessary work to either repair or modify the machine(s).
– Undertake and/or supervise and/or manage the site work required to deal with product retrofits, upgrades, modifications, safety recalls, etc, when required to do so in support of the Technical Manager.

Person Specifications
What do they need from you?
– 3-5 years’ experience as an electromechanical engineer
– Someone who is looking to learn new skills and develop their skill set
– Qualification in engineering is not necessary but beneficial
– Great customer service skills
Package
Package
– £35k -£42K
– Company car or car allowance. (£600 a month) + fuel card for personal
– £500 float for expenses up front.
