Role Overview
After another brilliant growth year, our client is looking to expand their skilled Field Service Engineering with a South-West England based Engineer/ Service Engineer to support them in servicing both new and existing contracts.

Role Requirements
– Become technically capable (servicing, commissioning, testing and repairing) of working on all products supplied by IM Med
– Will be required to attend training courses when IM Med believes it is necessary for them to fulfil their role within the Company.
Administration requirements
– Record technical queries and responses in reports, etc., and if required on the Service/Company database(s).
– Complete Validation Reports in a timely manner and in accordance with IM Med requirements
– Complete company administrative forms e.g. expenses, holiday requests, complaint forms, nonconformance forms, etc.
– Will be required to take on the normal duties of a Service Engineer i.e. servicing, repairs, etc.
– Provide first line assistance, advice and assessment of client technical queries by telephone when required.
– Provide advice to potential clients on site and if necessary, carry out site surveys. Reporting back in a formalised manner in line with appropriate Company Procedures.
– Advise clients on utilities/services required for machine operation, technical problems, and applications.
– Attend problem machines or sites as requested by the Technical Manager to undertake the assessment of ongoing problems and/or carrying out an investigation into the problems and/or carry out the necessary work to either repair or modify the machine(s).
Person Specifications
– Suitable qualification in Electrical installation or Engineering (Level 3 or above).
– Experience working with endoscopes & washer-disinfectors
– Must have good skills in either word processing or keyboarding skills and 5 years work experience.
– Must have at least GCSE’s in English Language, Mathematics and preferably in a Science or Technical subject.

£37,000 – £43,000 dependent on experience
Company car or car allowance. (£600 a month) + fuel card for personal
£500 float for expenses up front.
