A Day in the Life:
Your daily routine will be dynamic and engaging:
Customer Interaction: You’ll be the first line of support for our products, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
On-Site Adventure: Spend 60% of your time out in the field at customer sites. You’ll conduct salary surveys, work with electromagnetic equipment, and handle installations when necessary.
Safety Advocate: Contribute to health and safety support for both our business and clients, making a real impact on our operations.
Collaboration: Engage with IT for support when needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
On the Road: Enjoy the opportunity to visit clients, with the flexibility to return home on the same day.
Person Specifications
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive on autonomy and responsibility, with the following qualifications:
Education: A minimum of an HNC in engineering or a science-related field. A degree in engineering or a science-related discipline is ideal.
Mobility: Possess a UK driving license and be ready to travel. Occasional overnight stays are part of the adventure.
Communication: Exhibit excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
