Customer Service & Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive, supporting our operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals.

Zenopa have partnered with a UK-based company specialising in the marketing and distribution of cost effective generic medicines throughout Europe. Established in 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of a global pharmaceutical group, they offer a broad portfolio of affordable medications through a dependable supply chain.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
Solid understanding of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
