Role Overview
Location: Foston, Derbyshire
This is the ultimate opportunity for someone familiar with dissolution and physical testing who is looking for an extremely healthy work-life balance with a Global OEM in the pharmaceutical space.
Full manufacturer product training provided with on the job shadowing; there is even an opportunity to visit their training facilities in Switzerland!
Role Requirements
Your role will consist of being the first port of call for customers across the UK with technical enquiries. You will evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures:
Registration of incoming requests (setup Tickets)
Support customers by remote troubleshooting
If necessary, request support from product specialists
The team is very well-established and consists of 17 field service engineers, 2 team leads and 3 technical support engineers.
Person Specifications
Knowledge of dissolution and physical testing from a laboratory or engineer background
Technical troubleshooting experience of analytical devices
Commutable to office in Foston
Customer focussed
There will be occasional travel to customers so willingness to travel is required
Full driving license
Acts autonomous in the frame of Guidelines and directive
Package
Up to 43K, 6% Pension & 28 days Annual Leave (plus bank holidays).
