Company Information

A global healthcare leader is seeking a Tenders & 3rd Party Specialist to support bid and contract management within their IVD division. The role involves gathering commercial, financial, and technical data to prepare winning proposals, working closely with the Enterprise Team, and identifying tender opportunities.

Role Requirements

Lead and manage the tender process alongside the Enterprise Team.
Attend external customer meetings and support field visits to map 3rd party solutions.
Take and distribute meeting minutes via the Tender Portal.
Support pre-tender activities by providing sales/technical insights to improve bid success.
Identify and monitor tender opportunities, including frameworks.
