Working with Zenopa has been absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new role but wanting to speed up the process and ensure a higher rate of success! I wasn’t particularly keen to leave my previous position unless the opportunity seemed like the right fit. I had already been frustrated with many recruiters who just wanted to “sell” you the role/company for their own benefit or perhaps seemed to be following a standard script. This is where the Zenopa team set the bar much higher. Zenopa really took the time to understand my motivations for being open to work and where my core strengths lie. Even after the final stage interviews, through to negotiating the salary/benefits and finally signing the contract, Zenopa were consistently working to ensure it was a smooth and easy process.
