Area Sales Representative
Role Overview
You’ll play a key part in growing market share, supporting customers, and promoting innovative diagnostic solutions across your region.

Role Requirements
Create and maintain a weekly forward journey plan with clear sales objectives (via Salesforce).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer visit reports and account records.
Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise selling time, including overnight stays where required.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Monitor area performance and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new product opportunities and submit proposals to the management team.
Manage and report expenses and company property responsibly.
Person Specifications
Degree or background in Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Blood Science or Histology.
Previous experience in diagnostic or life sciences sales preferred, but trainee applications from laboratory professionals are also welcomed.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
Package
Basic Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
