Role Overview
You will be responsible for the Installation, service, repair and technical support for automated laboratory equipment in the Clinical and Industrial markets across Hertfordshire.

Their portfolio is utilised for the diagnosis of viral illnesses and producing accurate findings for cardiovascular problems and cancer screening.
Role Requirements
Deliver system installation, servicing, repairs, and technical support on a range of laboratory equipment across immunology, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics, following appropriate training, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing professionalism.
Participate in local and international training programs to gain and maintain the technical knowledge required to provide exceptional support to customers and stakeholders.
Ensure all assigned administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly to support the smooth and efficient running of the engineering and service department.
Contribute to project work as needed to help meet defined deadlines and support wider team objectives.
Upon completion of training and demonstrated competency in the relevant product range, field service engineers will be included in the customer on-call support rota as required.
Person Specifications
Educated to ONC/HNC Level Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience as an Electrical/Electronic Maintenance Technician.
IT proficient and ability to learn new internal software packages.
Valid UK/I Driver’s License.
Package
16% Bonus.
On-Call Allowance of £5625 annually.
Car or company (plug in hybrid) car allowance (£650).
