Role Overview
You will be working closely with laboratories and clinical teams to implement, optimise, and support advanced diagnostic systems. The primary focus will be on chemistry and immunoassay analysers, as well as pre- and post-analytical solutions, with the opportunity to develop further expertise in Molecular and Tissue Diagnostics through additional training.

Role Requirements
Provide implementation and installation support for diagnostic systems.
Deliver comprehensive training for laboratory scientists on advanced systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing responsive support.
Optimise laboratory workflows through consultation and system design.
Support product maintenance, software modifications, and analytical reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams on tender responses, product demonstrations, and third-party consultations.
Act as a trusted representative of the organisation, ensuring confidence and satisfaction across customer interactions.
Person Specifications
Strong understanding of medical diagnostics, ideally from a hospital or laboratory background.
Proven technical expertise in troubleshooting and supporting pathology laboratory systems.
Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with customers and colleagues.
Full UK driving licence and valid passport (essential).
