Role Overview

Manage and grow key NHS accounts across Critical Care, A&E, and anaesthesia, driving adoption of clinically proven solutions within ICSs and Trusts. You will take ownership of your territory, aligning products to clinical priorities and procurement pathways to support better patient care and operational outcomes.

Our client is a UK-based distributor of clinically focused medical devices, supporting frontline NHS teams with solutions across temperature management, patient monitoring, safe swab disposal, and pressure care. The business works closely with both manufacturers and healthcare providers, operating in a partnership-led model where clinical relevance and long-term relationships are prioritised. The culture is collaborative and commercially grounded, with a strong emphasis on accountability, product knowledge, and giving account managers the autonomy to manage and develop their territory effectively.

Role Requirements

Manage and develop key accounts across Critical Care, A&E, and anaesthesia within NHS and private hospital settings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and ICS stakeholders to support long-term account growth.
Drive revenue by positioning Critical Care solutions in line with clinical guidelines, NICE recommendations, and NHS priorities.
Work with stakeholders to align products to patient outcomes and operational efficiency goals.
Identify new opportunities through stakeholder mapping, product evaluations, and account development planning.
Collaborate with clinical specialists to support product trials, demonstrations, and training, while tracking procurement activity and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Person Specifications

Experience in medical sales, ideally within critical care or theatre environments, or a clinical background as a critical care nurse.
Proven track record managing NHS accounts and navigating procurement processes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
Experience with NHS Supply Chain, ICS engagement, and frameworks desirable.
Clinical or technical understanding of theatres and critical care, with awareness of NICE guidance and NHS priorities, desirable.

Package

£50k base salary with flexibility.
Uncapped OTE of £20k.
Company car (electric or hybrid)
Laptop and phone.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
