Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager based in Black Country to work on a clinical diagnostics portfolio selling to Hospitals and Private Clinical Laborartories.

Role Requirements

Support implementation transition for new start-ups.
Own post-sales support and drive overall health system operations optimization.
Execute account strategy to expand business and assist customers.
Understand customers their future needs, identify new opportunities that offer additional value, and become a trusted advisor.

Person Specifications

Experience in Diagnostic Industry
Experience managing and expanding existing accounts
Excellent product and industry knowledge
Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamicsStrong solution selling and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
