Role Overview
Territory: West Flanders (Ghent, Bruges and Mons)
Location: Ghent preferred (Antwerp considered with willingness to travel)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role
This is a field-based role covering a strong academic customer base, requiring 3-4 days of travel per week. The position offers the opportunity to work with a broad and high-quality Life Science portfolio, with particular strength in cell biology, molecular biology, and ddPCR.

Person Specifications
We are open to candidates at different experience levels, provided they demonstrate strong motivation and the right skill set:
1 – Experienced Sales Professional: Minimum 5 years’ experience in life science sales with a strong background in qPCR, ddPCR, and/or Western blotting and proven account management and territory growth experience.
2 – Sales / FAS Background: Broader life science sales or Field Application Specialist experience. Strong technical understanding with commercial aptitude.
Option 3 – Early Career / High Potential: MSc or PhD in a life science discipline, Strong desire to transition into scientific sales and commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
Essential Requirements
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory)
BSc minimum in a life science discipline (MSc/PhD advantageous)
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Valid driving licence
Highly professional and customer-focused
Social, confident communicator
Positive attitude with a hunter mentality when required
Self-motivated and resilient
Comfortable working autonomously in the field
Package
Base salary: dependent on experience
Bonus: 15% annual bonus, capped per quarter
