Marketing Communications Manager – UK
Our client is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute strategic communication and branding initiatives that support their commercial goals, with a strong focus on marketing across the UK.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape their external messaging, manage digital platforms, support clinical marketing activities, and lead the planning of local events and engagement programmes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to strengthen their brand presence and positioning in the IVD industry.

Role Requirements
Develop and implement effective external communication strategies to enhance brand and product visibility
Create and manage content for social media, press releases, website updates, and local marketing materials
Plan and deliver local events, webinars, workshops, and KOL activities
Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters and company announcements
Oversee Werfen UK’s social media channels and website, ensuring engaging and on-brand content
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of marketing projects and Werfen Touch initiatives
Act as Brand Champion, ensuring all communications align with company values and messaging
Track performance of digital campaigns and communications using robust analytics and reporting
Person Specifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within the IVD or healthcare sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS tools, and social media platforms
Experience with graphic design, video editing, and event management tools is desirable
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 40%
