Role Overview
You will be responsible and accountable for leading the supply chain process, operations and compliances for the UK & EU markets.

Role Requirements
Defining and taking the lead on the demand planning strategy to ensure that company meets its top and bottom line business objectives.
Defining and taking the lead on the production planning strategy, including overall inventory management process and plans, across markets.
To act as the commercial interface with our internal and external manufacturing and distribution partners.
Drive continuous improvement in the departments processes and responsibilities.
Drive sustainable compliance to current global quality requirements.
Management and development of the supply chain and customer services team.
Person Specifications
10-15 years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in senior or management positions.
Ability to travel both domestic and international, as and when required.
Organised, analytical and has attention-to-detail.
Package
10% Bonus.
