Corporate Implementation Manager - Account Manager

Role Requirements
? Working closely with the Corporate Accounts Manager and Customer Success team
on monitoring and nurturing potential corporate accounts.
? Planning, organising and implementing the onboarding of corporate accounts
? Delivering the corporate onboarding cadence to maximise product adoption and time to value
? Delivering regular reviews and training to maximise adoption and retention
? Monitoring DSO renewals and follow renewal process
? Reporting to CSM on any customer complaints that refer to Corporate Success
? Gathering and analysing customer feedback
? Acting as the voice of the customer in stakeholder meetings and working with the product team to feed analysis into the product roadmap
? Recommending and closing upsell initiatives to meet targets and grow the DSO account membership base
? Account managing the DSOs assigned to you – liaising with the key contact for each
? Working with CSM by inputting data on Health Scores and product adoption metrics on required documentation
? Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction and overall health scores
? Working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure successful renewal and upsell of appropriate additional services
? Ensuring CRM and invoicing system is embedded into your day-to-day work
? Leading by Example in respect of values and behaviours
? Adhering to company policies and procedures
Person Specifications
Be organized, process driven and an excellent communicator
Have strong problem-solving ability
Be able to manage their time in an appropriate manner to ensure the delivery and implementation of our products on a timescale and then ensure all appropriate account management meetings and business reviews are followed up
Be able to work independently while also within cross functional teams
Be fluent in English (written and spoken and have a visa to work in the UK)
Ability to work remotely with minimum supervision
Be passionate about providing exceptionally high levels of service
Experience working in a software business
Previous experience in dentistry desirable but not essential
