Role Requirements

Responsibilities
– Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure surgery downtime is kept to a minimum.
– Working closely in dental environments on intraoral x-ray units (diagnose dental conditions), dental chairs, autoclaves, suction pumps, water disinfectors, intraoral scanners.
– Issuing advice and support to Dental professionals to elongate the lifespan of equipment as well as when to replace it.
– Support the office team with technical advice.
– Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
– Assist in the production of quotations and invoices through accurate record keeping.

Person Specifications

Person specification
– Have strong electromechanical experience
– You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
– Strong technical thought process to allow for engineering solutions.
– Polite, thoughtful, and friendly personality to be easily approachable by all persons.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Ability to meet deadlines through multi-tasking.
– Confident to drive within the geographical area (valid driver’s license essential).
