Role Requirements
Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies for digital products.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Define and track quality metrics for product performance and user satisfaction.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in a digital product environment.
Proven experience with both manual and automated testing.
Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge in QA/QC tools.
