Field Service Engieering Team Leader – Veterinary Medical Imaging

My client is a market leading business within Veterinary Medical Imaging. Their mission is to advise and support veterinarians with innovative equipment and seamless service so they can grow with confidence while improving animal welfare.

Role Requirements

You manage a team of 4 people. You define the framework and the objectives. You ensure the profitability of your service.
Together with your team, you define appropriate procedures and have them validated with your hierarchy.
You carry out analyzes and diagnostics on the devices in the range.
You plan and ensure the installations and repairs of the various veterinary equipment in the Vet X range with veterinarians.
With your knowledge of technological equipment for radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy but also anaesthesia, monitoring and therapy lasers, you carry out the maintenance
of devices and equipment.

Person Specifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanics, electronics or equivalent experience
Previous experience in assembling medical imaging equipment (radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy) is a plus.
You are charismatic and have experience in team management.
You are multilingual: NL/FR/EN
You are proactive and attentive to the profitability of your actions.
You are resourceful and efficient. The installation and repair of medical equipment motivates you
