European Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will work on bespoke lab automation instruments as a Field Service Engineer, providing service and support across the UK and Europe.

Role Requirements
Service and maintain robotic and automated laboratory equipment across the UK and Northern Europe.
Work to occasional aggressive deadlines in complex environments.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
Support equipment installations, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.
Collaborate with internal teams while representing the company on-site with clients.
Person Specifications
Commutable distance to Guildford if based in the UK.
Valid driving licence and passport.
Willingness to travel across the UK, EU, and potentially the USA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and progress quickly.
Technical or engineering-related qualification (desirable).
Previous experience in life science, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors (desirable).
Package
£35,000 £50,000 (dependent on experience).
Company pool car with all travel expenses covered.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
5% pension contribution.
4% life insurance.
