Role Requirements
First point of contact for customer issues
Provide troubleshooting and technical support
Deliver customer and internal training
Run demonstration days at company offices
Assist with IT and middleware integrations
Person Specifications
BSc or equivalent in Biomedical Science
NHS laboratory experience in Immunology or IVD industry experience
