Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a range of dental equipment- including CAD/CAM systems, X-rays, and surgery essentials- while supporting local practices and contributing to a high-quality, team-based service approach.

Role Requirements
Carrying out pre planned maintenance, servicing, installations and repairs on a variety of equipment from CAD, CAM and X-rays in dental practices mainly.
Also servicing, repairing and maintaining equipment ranging from dental chairs, suction pumps and autoclaves.
Traveling to and from customer sites that will be localised to your location.
Working as a team with 4 other service engineers to conduct a high-quality service to support service retention.
Person Specifications
A passionate engineer with hands-on experience.
Someone who thrives on learning, values autonomy, and is a proactive problem solver.
A self-starter with a track record of high first-time fix rates.
A professional eager to shape their future career, influence company direction, and share valuable insights.
Package
Bonus – £500 a quarter (subject to increase upon probation).
Pension (Employer 5%, Employee 3%).
Company Van (Diesel).
25 days annual leave + BH.
40-hour week + regional travel.
