Role Overview
You will provide installation, maintenance, and repair support for scientific instrumentation across the Netherlands. Your performance will be measured through response times, PM completion rates, service callbacks, and customer satisfaction scores.

Zenopa is partnering with a global leader in in vitro diagnostics (IVD). Our client is renowned for their immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostic products, striving to maximize growth in sales while maintaining high standards of customer care and product quality.
Role Requirements
Install and service diagnostic instruments manufactured by Luminex at customer locations
Manage inventory of parts, service tools, and expense account
Submit detailed reports and log all activity within the company CRM system
Interface daily with internal stakeholders and external customers
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction and preventative maintenance targets
Travel regularly across the Netherlands with occasional international travel when required
Person Specifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in electronics or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of field service engineering experience
Experience working on scientific or laboratory devices
Fluency in English and Dutch
Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally
Package
Salary dependent on experience
5% annual bonus
Company car with hybrid or electric options
