Role Overview
This Field Service Engineer role is focused on the validation, installation, and maintenance of pharmacy isolators across UK hospital and cleanroom environments. You will take responsibility for ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and in line with regulatory standards.
The position combines planned validation work with reactive service support, requiring a structured approach to fault resolution, compliance, and customer site operations.

Role Requirements
Carry out routine validation services on isolator systems (full training provided).
Respond to breakdown calls and perform fault diagnosis and repair.
Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
Service isolators within hospital and cleanroom environments across the UK, with a focus on the West Midlands.
Person Specifications
Experience working with hospital or cleanroom equipment is beneficial.
Mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications.
Comfortable working from home and managing a field-based schedule.
Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required.
Flexible approach to working hours in line with customer requirements.
