Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated ICT Account Manager & Clinical Trainer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about healthcare technology, excel at building strong client relationships, and enjoy delivering impactful training, this could be the role for you.
As a key player in our ICT Division, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining and growing our customer base, especially in relation to the national Electronic Blood Tracking System, BloodTrack. This dynamic role combines account management, business development, and hands-on clinical training.

Role Requirements
Build and manage trusted client relationships across hospital sites.
Deliver high-quality, competency-based training for ICT solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Identify and develop business growth opportunities within both current and new customer bases.
Support client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, training, and communication.
Design and manage training materials and documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
Maintain accurate training records and quality documentation in line with QMS.
Travel regularly to customer sites as part of your hybrid role.
Person Specifications
For this role, Zenopa’s client are seeking technical profiles (Scientists) from the laboratory looking to take a step into their first commercial role. Ideally, the discipline would be from a blood sciences or POCT background, but very flexible for the right person.
