We’re seeking a fully qualified Medical Gas Installation Technician to install, test and commission medical and laboratory gas systems, ensuring compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements
– Install medical gas pipelines across hospitals and new-build sites.
– Install source equipment, alarms and associated systems.
– Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
– Test and commission systems alongside authorised personnel.
– Ensure installations meet HTM 02-01 and relevant standards.
– Complete certificates, records and digital documentation.
– Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
Person Specifications
– Fully qualified Medical Gas Installation Technician.
– Strong technical and practical skills.
– Good communication, numeracy and IT skills.
– Customer-focused, adaptable and organised.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willing to work unsociable hours and stay away overnight.
