iPlan Account Manager (MAT cover)
Role Overview
They are seeking a self-motivated Account Manager to join their dental payment plans team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the dental industry, working alongside Marketing, Commercial and Finance to onboard plan customers, maintaining strong relationships and driving revenue growth for the company.

Role Requirements
– Manage and develop a portfolio of dental clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the payment plans and services
– Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the portfolio of services offered to clients
– Own the sales cycle and collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication to resolve any issues or concerns
– Ensure that clients are up to date with product and service offerings, and provide training and education as needed
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth delivery of services
– Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up to date with changes in the dental industry and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
– Work with the Head of product to develop the product roadmap (based on customer insight, industry trends.)
– Work with the Head of Marketing to develop a key service and product proposition effectively communicating to the industry on a variety of platforms
Person Specifications
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the dental industry or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
