Role Requirements
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive adoption of the point-of-care diagnostics portfolio.
Collaborate with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue objectives.
Engage with a broad range of decision-makers across hospital, community, and private healthcare settings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, market access, and sales support to deliver a coordinated approach.
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, demand planning, and reporting.
Lead and contribute to value-based selling initiatives, pilot programs, and service delivery projects.
Person Specifications
Degree or higher in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in diagnostics or medical devices sales; strong preference for point-of-care or molecular diagnostics experience.
Deep knowledge of the UK healthcare system including the NHS and private healthcare providers.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets in a competitive environment.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a commercially driven mindset.
