Key Account Manager
Role Overview
You will be providing support in the form of; training, installation, instrument validation and telephone assistance for the expanding Flow Cytometry customer base.

Role Requirements
Provide telephone, email, and onsite support to resolve customer queries and technical issues.
Complete software upgrades and interface Flow Cytometry solutions with customer LIMS systems.
Deliver customer training courses and product webinars both online and in person.
Support the commercial team with onsite expertise and deliver sales presentations.
Perform onsite validation work across the UK and escalate complex IT issues as needed.
Person Specifications
BSc (Hons) degree in a life science subject.
Greater than 3 years’ working experience in a clinical flow cytometry laboratory environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Technical and logical problem-solving capability.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
