Role Overview

You’ll serve as the technical backbone of our field operations-offering hands-on, real-time support to NHS labs using oour equipment. You’ll work closely with lab teams, helping them get the best out of our systems while keeping things running smoothly.

Role Requirements

Deliver on-site technical support to hospital laboratories across your assigned patch.
Handle reactive service visits and provide training to lab staff on our systems and best practices.
Be the face in the lab ensuring exceptional customer experiences and technical communication.
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and IT-related issues on high-end medical diagnostics equipment.
Coordinate with a team of 4 regional engineers to cover 7 hospitals efficiently.
Travel across sites using a company car (or receive allowance) while maintaining flexibility in working hours.

Person Specifications

HND or higher in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Field experience in diagnostic, medical, or hospital engineering environments.
A strong grasp of regulatory compliance and confidentiality standards in healthcare.
Solid experience with complex medical equipment (e.g., MRI, diagnostics platforms).
A natural people person-able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across hospital sites.

Package

Bonus: 12% performance-based.
