Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in optimising internal operations and supporting the optimisation of their sales and onboarding funnel.

You’ll work side-by-side with sales, onboarding, marketing, and finance to streamline day-to-day processes, drive alignment across departments, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. This is a hands-on role pivotal in enabling our continued growth and operational excellence.

They are a growing company who pride themselves on teamwork, collaboration, innovation and their product that solves real problems every day in pharmacies, care homes, and doctors to improve many lives.

Able to commute 3x a week to Central London.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Experience in a start-up or scaling a business desirable.
Dynamic, and passionate individual who enjoys working in a hands-on and collaborative environment.
