Outbound Sales Specialist
Role Overview
Drive growth across the German veterinary market by building strong customer relationships and increasing adoption of a high-quality consumables portfolio. You will engage directly with practices, clinics, and institutions, owning activity from first contact through to close.

Role Requirements
Drive outbound sales activity through targeted campaigns across phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and progress leads, setting appointments and working closely with the Country Sales Manager to convert business.
Build and maintain a structured, visible sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression.
Manage customers through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing and ongoing relationship development.
Maintain accurate records of all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Gather customer insights and monitor market and competitor activity, sharing feedback internally and collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
Person Specifications
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on converting opportunities into sales.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with customers.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service and relationship building.
Organised, self-sufficient, and target-driven in approach to work.
Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
Collaborative team player with energy for proactive, outbound sales activity.
Willingness to build strong product knowledge within the veterinary consumables space.
