Role Overview

Based 3 days a week in Birmingham, you will define a new process for their product life cycle management, creating a more effective lean process.

Role Requirements

Analysing existing product life cycle management processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Collecting and analysing data to quantify the performance of processes.
Developing and presenting recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Planning and managing projects to implement process improvements.
Providing training to employees to ensure they can work effectively within improved processes.
Monitoring and providing feedback on the performance of improved processes to ensure sustained efficiency gains.

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
5+ years of experienced with a proven track record for process improvement including the deployment of automation software/tooling to improve efficiency (medical industry is a plus).
Strong analytical skills to assess processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Minitab, or statistical software.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Skills in managing and facilitating change within an organization. Ability to gain followership.
